Wealth at an individual level can often appear to be very different from what it is at a geo-political level.
One thing is clear for all, without our health, we have no true wealth. True wealth is experienced as a sense of fullness in a life of fulfillment. This essentially means we are physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually healthy.
As in all things in life, we are searching for the balance within transcendence here. How do we transcend a collective consciousness that limits us?
It is time for us to open up to true wealth consciousness that is embodied in our health.
3 Realizations to Embody Wealth Consciousness
When we place our health first, we always thrive. There is only one person who can truly put your health first, and that person is you! Our families, partners, friends and those we are most intimate with will try. However, only we can truly know and experience what that is for us. Also, those we are closest with may be operating under certain conditions and patterns that limit the scope of an expansive consciousness that puts health before material wealth. No matter how hard they then try, they may actually block or limit you more than support you.
1. Protect Your Consciousness to Ensure Health Before Wealth
We all know what it is like to be around people or in situations and environments that are simply unhealthy for our mind, body and spirit. You know the feeling. Take a moment with this and meditate on what, who and where this is for you. Then, go on a little vision quest. Who are those people for you? Where are those environments and places?
Wait for the answers to come. What is your physical body telling you right now? Write everything down that comes up for you.
What does it mean to protect our consciousness, and why would we want to do such a thing? As conscious beings we are aware of our environments as we are observers of our realities. We also know that we cannot be separate from that which we observe. The moment we begin to perceive and tune into that which is outside of us, we begin to mesh our consciousness together. We become one. Welcome to Quantum Entanglement.
The Quantum Field
This is why everyone watching the same TV show on a regular basis will begin to adopt behaviors of the characters. The television, as well as social media channels, is a special example as our brainwaves are in a hypnotic state when passively watching television and all on the screen. It makes our consciousness vulnerable to entanglement with other patterns that may serve to sell a product, yet may not be for our highest good. Before watching television or anything else, remember that your health is your wealth and be very selective even of the ads you passively watch.
Group Think
The people we are closest with and spend the most time with as well as the environments we live and work in are our daily televisions. We are influenced and affected by their patterns and level of consciousness. What I mean by level of consciousness is how aware, mindful and intentional a person is day in and day out.
Those who meditate on a regular basis know this very well. When we silence our mind and create a disciplined focus, we can choose what we wish to concentrate on. If the people and places you find yourself being a part of are not serving your highest good, it is time to go within and make healthy, conscious choices for your health and wealth evolution.
Affirm your Divine Being
Protect your consciousness by not being in surroundings or with people who do not raise you up or feel good to be around. Limiting your experience here is a good step forward. If things are said that are not affirming of your true divine nature, say an affirming affirmation in your head to correct the energy. Be with people who you look up to and make you more aware. Be in places that nurture you and create harmony and peace as well as enthusiasm for life itself.
Silence Within
If you do not have people in your life who feel good to be around, then develop an inner practice of silence. Learn to become your best friend and learn to enjoy your own company. This will automatically lead to you meeting others on a similar consciousness flow. Everything is in constant movement and this too will evolve and unfold in beautiful ways.
Creating a Field of Resonance
Listen, read and watch only things that feel good and create a resonance of health and love. Protect your consciousness from all else by being very selective of what and who you let in. Remember, it is not about being paranoid or an isolationist. It is about being self-loving and self-protective. You are nurturing your inner health and thus outer wealth to follow, and you are creating a field around you that will attract more of who you truly are.
2. Meditate for Higher Consciousness, Health & the True Wealth
Everything can become a meditation. The first step to meditation is having a healthy mind, body and spirit. It is essential to find physical health practices that work for us as individual Souls. Physical yoga such as hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga (to name some forms of yoga) can be wonderful physical health practices to open us up to a meditative state. However, they are not the only methods and are also one path of many that lead to one destination within.
Open Up to your Unique and Special Presence
As we know, there are no carbon copies of human beings. Each and every one of us is created with a special and unique DNA blueprint that is our birthright. What works well for someone else may actually be harmful for you. Thus, going within and getting to know your Soul is especially important.
Choose physical health routines that increase your energy without depleting you. Afterwards, find a quiet place, if possible, to meditate. With time and practice, even a loud place will not hinder a deep meditative practice and state.
Trust Your Self
No one knows you the way you do. Be honest with yourself. There are many teachers teaching meditation; however, meditation cannot be taught. It is a state of being that we become receptive to and melt into through our very own spiritual practices. Find out what helps you go deeper within and create a sacred and consistent space for your practice. It is for you and your connection to your Soul. Thus, follow what feels right for you.
Flow from Deep inner Intuition
The more you flow from your physical health into a spiritual practice of meditative awareness, the more you will know yourself. This leads to understanding our unique needs around health, spiritualty and meditation.
There is no one diet for all. Listen within and feel into your needs from food to spirituality. The spiritual journey is highly personal and thus outer understanding is not the benchmark to determine your depths.
3. Take Full Responsibility for Your Health and Wealth
In life things can appear to go wrong and we can appear to step off of our path. This is mere appearance. Once fully on the path, nothing can shake off our spiritual vibrations. We must remember that there will be cycles that seem to take us away from the journey within. However, these cycles are part of the medicine of inner ascension and awakening.
Awaken the inner Guru
We are our own teachers. A guide may point us in a direction, but we must take responsibility fully for our path. The direction pointed to by the guide may not even be appropriate for us. With love, be discerning.
When we place our health; including emotional, physical and spiritual health, above all else, we know we are taking full responsibility. If there is any inner or outer perceived conflict, see what medicine is in it to guide the path.
Health truly does lead to greater wealth. We are beams of light. Energy beings made to light our life within and all around. Open to your health to create more wealth.
